On Saturday, House veteran Jennifer Morrison and her sweetheart Amaury Nolasco attended the 9th Annual Chrysalis Butterfly Ball in Los Angeles. Of course, such an event had to have photographers and a red carpet. Here are some photos of the pair. They look so happy together. (And her shoes are fabulous!)

On Sunday, the Indianapolis 500 was run for the 94th time. And House’s Jennifer Morrison was there with her beau. (I know that she’s not one of the regular cast members these days, but after 5+ seasons as Dr. Cameron, I still think of her as part of House.)
I didn’t watch the race, so I don’t know if either of them performed or anything, but they did hang out in the green room for a while. Here are a couple of photos of Jennifer Morrison and Amaury Nolasco:
House aired its 6th season finale this week, but that doesn’t mean that the cast will be loafing this summer. Several of them are filming new movies or have another big project they are working on.
Hugh Laurie, aka Dr. Gregory House, is filming a new movie called The Oranges. It’s a story of a May-December romance and his co-stars include Allison Janney, Leighton Meester, Catherine Keener, Alia Shawkat, Adam Brody, Oliver Platt, Tim Guinee, Aya Cash, Heidi Kristoffer, Cassidy Gard, Sam Rosen and Stephen Badalamenti and it’s expected to be released sometime in 2011.
You can see some behind the scenes photos of Hugh filming in New York City recently here.
Peter Jacobson, aka Dr. Chris Taub, is filming a movie this summer too. His new film is called And They’re Off. IMDb.com gives us this synopsys:
“A comedy centered on a failed horse trainer who desperately wants to be back in the winner’s circle.”
I’m guessing that Peter was cast in this part at least partially because of his short stature. Some of the other stars in this movie are Sean Astin, Mark Moses, Cheri Oteri, Kevin Nealon, Mo Collins and Martin Mull. This film is expected to be released in 2011.
Jennifer Morrison, aka Dr. Allison Cameron, may be gone from the regular cast, but most House fans still want to know what she’s up to. Her Broadway run for The Miracle Worker is over, but she stars in a movie that’s expected out later this year. The film is called Warrior. IMDb.com shows this plot summary for the movie:
“The youngest son (Hardy) of an alcoholic former boxer (Nolte) returns home, where he’s trained by his father for competition in a mixed martial arts tournament — a path that puts the fighter on a collision corner with his older brother.”
Robert Sean Leonard, aka Dr. James Wilson is in a ducumentary about Herman Melville. The series is called The American Experience and he’s in the episode entitled Into the Deep: America, Whaling & the World. This is a big deal for Robert’s fans, since he usually spends his breaks from shooting at home with his wife and daughter. He’s a self-confessed home-body.
But the House cast member with the most outside projects is by far Olivia Wilde, aka Dr. Remy Hadley or Thirteen. She’s in 5 upcoming movies:
House star Jennifer Morrison was photographed recently as she attended the gala premiere of the Metropolitan Opera’s production of Armida in New York City. I’m not sure if I like her dress, but I really love her shoes!
Let’s see, we have quite a lot of tiny details we can think about as we wait for the next new House episode to air on Monday. Here are the tings we already know:
All of that information, put together is certainly exciting, but here are a few more details to think about:
Got any ‘House‘ scoop? – Maura How do you top the last season finale where Dr. Nasty checked himself into a psych ward? It sounds like the ‘House’ writers are up to the challenge when it comes to this year’s season-ender. “I can’t reveal too much, and this more of a sports reference, but it’s going to go down to the wire,” Peter Jacobson aka Dr. Taub teased me. “It’s definitely going to be dramatic and traumatic for all involved.” Are we talking one big game-changer or multiple medium-sized ones? “It’s more in the biggie category,” Peter said.

First of all, I’m sorry for the lag time since my last real post! I’ve been sick and the last thing I felt like doing was sit at a computer…
That being said, there’s a lot to catch up on today! First, here’s a great clip of Jennifer Morrison as a guest on the Wendy Williams Show. She talked a bit about how she was told she would be leaving House, about her “spicy” boyfriend Amaury Nolasco, the dress he designed for her to wear to the Golden Globes this year and about her new Broadway play, The Miracle Worker.
Thanks so very much to House fan Jen for the tip about these photos!!! These are photos of Jennifer Morrison on stage during a performance of The Miracle Worker. Having seen the movie several times, it’s clear what scenes are being performed in each of the photos. How cool! I’m sure she’s wonderful in the role!
Here’s the official Facebook page for the play.
Those of us who count ourselves among the seriously addicted House fans know that original cast member Jennifer Morrison left the show and is now playing Helen Keller’s mother in the Broadway version of The Miracle Worker.
She’ll back briefly in one episode this season, and future House appearances are not certain. But I know that you’ll be interested in seeing photos taken on the opening night of the play. She looks happy, don’t you think?
This week there was a photo session for the cast members of the Broadway show The Miracle Worker. Jennifer Morrison was there and looked terrific. I can’t believe she’ll be playing Helen Keller’s mother. She’s so young!
Here are some photos of Jennifer and the rest of the show’s cast; Daniel Oreskes, Elizabeth Franz, Alison Pill, Abigail Breslin, Matthew Modine, Lance Chantiles-Wertz, Michael Cummings, Simone Joy Jones, and director Kate Whoriskey:
I thought this was a bit touching when I read it. Lisa Edelstein told Michael Ausiello at the Golden Globes that she feels bad for Jennifer Morrison, but it could happen to any of them. What a life! Let’s just hope that it DOESN’T happen to any more of them on House.
Question: Did you get any House scoop from Lisa Edelstein at the Golden Globes? —Erin
Ausiello: No, I just snapped a picture and then ran away. Of course I got some scoop out of her. Lisa conceded that Jennifer Morrison’s exit earlier this season was “weird” for everyone. “It’s a very strange thing when somebody’s gone,” she admitted. “We’re all in the same boat as actors. We have very little control over our lives, so you can’t help but relate —whether or not the person it’s happened to feels it’s a good or bad thing. It’s hard for everybody… But it’s really great to see her back.” [Source: EW]
